Flipping houses isn't only for HGTV stars! Many celebrities are getting into the real estate business. Many of these celebrities have attempted house flipping, which is buying a house to renovate and then selling it quickly for a profit. Celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres or Jeremy Renner are well-known for their real estate transactions. Kendall Jenner is ready to try it. These stylish celebs have a keen eye for design and plenty of money.

These stars have their thoughts on flipping houses.

1. Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner recently stated that she is interested in buying and flipping houses. Her passion for architecture and design began while she was renovating her home. Now she wants to help others. Kendall shares the beginning stages of her journey with "The Kardashians", where she is accompanied by Fai Khadra, searching for the right house for their first project.

"As a model I don't have much control over anything creative." This has led me to want to begin the journey of house flipping. She said that she realized that she really wanted to be her boss and create my own ideas and implement them.

2. Ellen DeGeneres

Ellen DeGeneres, a former actress and entrepreneur, has turned over more than a dozen houses in the last 20 years. Portia de Rosi and Ellen DeGeneres have made millions together by transforming their properties into something even more valuable. Ellen believes that flipping houses is more than a business venture. It is a passion she has and one she hopes to carry on for many years.

3. Jeremy Renner

Since 2002, Jeremy Renner has been flipping houses with his friend Kristoffer Winters. Their investments have grown over the years. They started with $659,000 in a house they bought and flipped for $900,000. Today, Jeremy's flips amount to millions of dollars and Winters is a full-time designer.

4. Sharon Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne had kept her house flipping business secret for many years. Fans were shocked when she disclosed that she had made millions renovating houses in Los Angeles and then selling them to celebrities. Her house flipping adventures were documented on Sharon Flipping Osbourne's 2017 show.

8. Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo dealt with major real estate during their time house flipping. They sold two properties in 2017 for a total of $35 million. After investing millions in renovations, they bought a Beverly Hills home worth $33.9 million. They then sold the property for $45 million. Adam and Behati continued to flip properties. In 2022 they bought a Montecito estate for $28.5million. This is $5.8 million less than they paid.

9. Vanilla Ice

Vanilla Ice is a successful real estate agent and musician. In his 20s, the musician started buying homes in Florida and realized quickly that flipping houses could make a good business. He even shows you the inside scoop on home transformations in his DIY Network series, "The Vanilla Ice Project."

To be honest, they're both quite good. He shared his excitement with CNBC that he found another passion that makes money.

10. JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers

JoJo Fletcher, a former "Bachelorette", says that she got into the real estate industry as a student. Her parents were already involved in real estate and they supported her to team up with an architect for the development and construction of a new residential building at her college campus. She designed another school building after she graduated.
