It may seem that you only meet celebrities in bars in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. But this is not the case!
You could see stars like Garth Brooks in his new bar in Nashville, or Ty Burrell in one of his many bars in Salt Lake City.
These spots are great for a night out, whether you want to see a celebrity or grab a drink.
Below you can see which celebrities have their own bars.
1. Garth Brooks
Garth Brooks will soon open Friends in Low Places Bar and Honky Tonk, located in Nashville Tennessee. He claims the bar will be open to all -- and that Bud Light will be served despite recent controversy.
"I realize this is corny. I want this to be the Chick-fil-A for honky-tonks...I would like it to feel like a safe place, where people are polite and friendly. We will serve all brands of beer. We are. It's not up to us. If you're allowed into the house, we ask that you love each other. "If you're a s--hole, then there are other places to be on lower Broadway," said Billboard.
2. Justin Theroux
Justin Theroux and some of his close friends opened Ray's Bar, a bar in New York City, in 2019. The Lower East Side bar was created to resemble a dive and is now a favorite hangout for celebrities such as Gigi and Dave Chapelle. Justin joked in an announcement about the bar that his dog Kuma is one of the owners.
"Hello New York City. Kuma, myself and a few friends are opening Ray's with Kuma. You want to go somewhere where no one knows your name. "Good times," he wrote on Instagram.
3. Dierks Bentley
Dierks is the owner and operator of Whiskey Row. The bar has locations in Arizona Tennessee and Colorado. The first bar was opened in 2013, and since then, three others have been opened. Dierks has created a drink menu that includes 40 types of whiskey and some signature mixers. In one location, guests can even pour their drinks themselves using bar taps.
"Bars is something I really know well. "I spend a lot time in bars, and I feel very comfortable there. It's about the time that I have my own," Dierks told before opening his first location.
4. Jay-Z
Jay-Z owns the sports bar and lounge in New York City 40/40 Club, named after a baseball feat where a player steals 40 bases and hits 40 homeruns in a single season. The first 40/40 Club opened in 2003. Jay also gave it a shout-out in his song, "Dirt Off Yourshoulder" that year. Later, other locations opened in Atlantic City and Las Vegas. Brooklyn, Atlanta, and Brooklyn. The Atlantic City and Las Vegas sites have closed but the other locations are still in business, offering a upscale place to watch a game.
Jay Z stated, "I am a sports fan and I wanted to create a space that matched my lifestyle while also watching the games."
5. Piers Morgan
Piers Morgan, who lives in London, owns a Victorian pub called The Hansomcab. Piers Morgan's parents owned a pub, and Piers' brother Rupert worked at Guy Ritchie’s pub. Hospitality runs in the family. Piers said he was motivated to open his pub and recruited Rupert to be his partner. They bought The Hansom Cab as soon as they saw it.
It was perfect for our needs. It was a little rundown but it was in a great location with lots of potential. In an article for Daily Mail, he explained that the roles of the partners were clearly defined. Rupert would manage the business, Tarquin Gorst, the co-owner, would handle the finances and I, the star, was to add some stardust through my celebrity friends.
6. Nicholas Braun
Nicholas Braun, a co-owner of Justin Theroux's Ray's Bar in New York City, has also become a partner in Jac's Bond. Nicholas Braun says that he met Jon Neidich - a hospitality executive - while he was out with him. Jon Neidich ended up proposing the new bar. Nicholas says he asked to be included as an investor.
"I was at Ray's with my friend Jon Neidich. Nicholas said Grub Street that he and I had been up very late on Fourth of July, and he began telling me at the end of the evening about the bar he would be opening. It's so much fun, ya know? 7. Pete Davidson
Pete Davidson was part of a group celebrities who invested in Pebble Bar, New York City in 2022. Pete, along with Mark Ronson, Nicholas Braun, Justin Theroux and Jason Sudeikis, helped open the 19th century townhouse-turned-bar. The former pub was frequented by "SNL's" cast and featured a secret entry through Rockefeller Center. The establishment has a four-floor event space called Johnny's, which can accommodate up to 50 people.
8. Peyton Manning
Peyton Manning owns Saloon 16 a bar at the Graduate Knoxville Hotel near the University of Tennessee, his alma matter. The Western-themed bar opened in 2020, and it tells Peyton's story at UT. Menu items pay tribute to Peyton's former teammates, professors and coaches from his college days.
Kirk Figgins , the general manager of the hotel, explained that "Peyton wanted to pay homage" to those who meant the most to his college football career.
9. Dylan Sprouse
Dylan Sprouse is a co-owner at All-Wise Meadery, which he founded in 2018. Dylan Sprouse's love of home-brewing began when he was 16 years old. Dylan kept up his hobby in college, brewing at NYU. After working at a distillery, Dylan reached out to Doug Brochu who was also interested in homebrewing.
"I called Doug, and I told him, 'Doug we've talked for years about eventually owning a brewer.' Why don't you and I stop talking about it for the past few years? Dylan told Cosmopolitan, "We hit the ground with a bang."
10. Ty Burrell
Ty Burrell is the owner of several establishments including Beer Bar and Bar-X, both in Salt Lake City. Beer Bar is known for its 150-strong beer list. Bar-X, a historic prohibition-era bar, is also open. Ty said he got involved in Utah's bar scene when a friend of his approached him to invest in a dive-bar just before the premiere of "Modern Family".
The idea of venturing into the wine and food industry was born during the early days 'Modern Family'. "My wife and I lived in Utah while I was filming and after we settled in Salt Lake," wrote. Although I was filming, the show had only just been picked by a major network and wasn't yet on air. I figured the show would be canceled, so I planned to return to Salt Lake City in a few months if that happened. "Modern Family" didn't get canceled, and we opened the pub in the middle of all the chaos."
11. Drake
Drake owned Pick 6ix Sports, a sports store in Toronto, Canada. The restaurant was originally opened as a dining establishment, but it closed due to a flood. It reopened in March 2019 as a sportsbar. The bar continued to operate as normal for a few months, but closed again in November after another flood. Pick 6ix Sports, which had been in dispute with its landlord, announced that it would close permanently in early 2020. However, they were planning to relocate.
12. Nick Lachey
Nick Lachey, along with his brother Drew, owned a sports bar in Cincinnati, Ohio. The bar was opened for three years and had its own reality TV show. It closed in 2018.
