Celebrities are known to go to extremes to change their looks, whether for a role or to look good on the red carpet. The rich and famous have certainly tried everything when it comes their diets to feel and look their best. Some stars choose balanced meals. Others have tried more unusual meal plans, such as the Carnivore Diet, the Cookie Diet, and even a salmon and caper diet!
It's important to remember that these celebs' eating habits are not suitable for everyone. They shouldn't be copied without consulting a nutritionist or doctor!

5. Victoria Beckham
Victoria Beckham is known for her strict diet. It turns out she eats the same meal each day. David Beckham claims that Victoria Beckham has only eaten vegetables and fish since the couple met.

Chris Pratt
Chris Pratt claims to have tried the Daniel Diet. This fast was inspired by Daniel, who in the Old Testament ate only vegetables and water for 21 days. Chris Pratt ate only fruits, vegetables and unleavened loaf of bread for 21 days. He also focused on prayer in order to strengthen his relationship with God.

Mariah Carey revealed in 2016 that she had a strict diet, where she ate only fish. She said that she ate a lot of fish, but didn't really enjoy her diet.

In 2010, Nicole "Snooki Polizzi" tried the Cookie Diet. It was developed by Dr. Sanford Siegal back in the 1970s. The diet involves eating 90-calorie cookies that contain "secret amino acids protein blends" daily, followed by a regular dinner. She lost at least five pounds.
"I noticed celebrities taking Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet, and I thought 'This must work.' I eat 6 cookies per day, and then have chicken or fish for dinner. She told Access Hollywood, "Something healthy."
