Dannielynn's father, who is also the father of Anna Nicole's 16 year old daughter Dannielynn, has deleted his joint Instagram account with his daughter except for a post he made earlier in the week.

Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole Smith's former boyfriend, speaks out about the Netflix documentary "Anna Nicole Smith You don't know me" about the late model.

In a recent statement, the photographer, who is also the father of Anna Nicole and Dannielynn, a 16-year-old girl, spoke out against the film that was recently released, and explained the reasons why he, along with his daughter, decided to not take part.

Larry, 50, said, "We declined to take part because I didn't want my daughter to be in a project that was overwhelmingly badly reviewed and where people were allowed invent things and rewrite the history." "I look forward to a definitive Anna Nicole Project where her truth will be heard by those who truly knew her best, and not another 'wash-rinse-repeat' Anna Nicole Project. Anna deserved more and it will happen."

After the release of the documentary, it seems that Larry has deleted his and Dannielynn’s entire Instagram page -- with the exception of a post Larry shared earlier in this week.

Larry wrote "Waiting until some of the waves pass ....., then will return." Many fans took to the comments to praise Larry or condemn the Netflix documentary.

Netflix released "Anna Nicole Smith - You Don't know Me" on May 16. The film, which included never-before-seen home videos and interviews, covered Anna Nicole's childhood in Houston, Texas. It also featured her modeling career and appearances in "Naked Gun 33: 1/3: The final insult" in 1994 and "The Anna Nicole Show."

The documentary focused also on her legal fight over the estate her late husband J. Howard Marshall. Marshall, an oil billionaire who was 90 when he passed away in 1995, was a billionaire. Marshall and his wife had only been married for a year when he died.

The release of the film came only a few weeks after Larry and Dannielynn's annual appearance at Kentucky Derby. Larry and Dannielynn paid tribute to the late Anna Nicole who died in 2007 aged 39. Larry and Anna Nicole met for the first time at this event in 2003, when Larry was a young photographer covering it.

Dannielynn, a daughter of Anna Nicole, paid tribute to the woman who raised her in a black skirt and matching blouse decorated with images from Anna Nicole’s Guess campaign. Larry's tie featured the same campaign.

Larry, just before the event, told People that "we're both paying homage because it's our 20th anniversary." He said of their daughter: "She is showing off her style while paying tribute to her mother."

Larry said, "It feels like yesterday that I walked up with my cameras and hoped for a decent shot." "I ended up with much more." Funny how one event can transform your life. "This party changed my life."

He added, "My life would be very different if I hadn’t been there and made that connection that night if I had never met Anna and not had our daughter."
