Arnold Schwarzenegger called out Rob Lowe for supporting his ex wife Maria Shriver during their divorce.

A preview of a forthcoming interview with Lowe for Literally! The actor and former governor of California made a joke about Lowe taking Shriver's side after they split up following Shriver's infidelity.

Schwarzenegger said, "Tell the story that you've been a lot less active since Maria and I divorced." Lowe joked, "I believe she got custody."

Schwarzenegger continued, "You wanted her to know that you were loyal to her instead of me."

Arnold continued, "We didn't do any of these things but we had loyal friends who were always there for us and she, and they never got involved in this, but you did." It was unbelievable that I asked Maria, "Why is Rob not coming?"

Schwarzenegger acknowledged that Lowe was indeed missed despite his jokes.

"We had lots of fun." You came to our house all the time. I missed it all," he said, adding "But, you know... maybe one day you'll wake up and realize that you can hang out with Arnold and Maria won't decapitate you."

Arnold recently opened up about Shriver's relationship and where it stands today. This comes more than 10 years after Schwarzenegger admitted publicly in 2011 that he secretly fathered a son -- Joseph -- while still married with Mildred Báena, the couple's maid.

In an Interview with People, Schwarzenegger revealed that their relationship would continue "forever" despite their separation.

Arnold said, "We have never left [the first] chapter." Remember, we didn't have a fight. We did not fight. It's only my f--- up, right? She said "Okay, that's what it is" and then decided to split. So it was her choice."

Schwarzenegger said to the outlet, "But it's the truth that we made it very clear from the beginning that the children should not suffer as a result."

He said that the ex-couples still share holidays and other important moments with their children, including Katherine, Christina, Patrick, Christopher, and Christopher.

Schwarzenegger added, "So it's almost like we are together but have separate lives." "She has her life, her relationship and I have mine. But we always talk about our kids, the holidays, Mother's Day, birthdays, and Christmas."

He concluded, "My chapter with Maria is going to continue forever." "Even if it's not the same relationship, I still love her."
