O'Day takes on body-shaming critics with the VERY spicy video of her song about Pauly D. She also addresses Photoshop allegations.

Aubrey O'Day puts it all out there.

The singer has just released a new song, "Couple Goals," which is about her relationship to ex-boyfriend Pauly. While it doesn't paint the most accurate picture of their time together the music video for the song makes O'Day look very attractive... and very naked.

The Danity Kane alum sizzles on the NSFW footage. You can view it censored below, or uncensored at O'Day's newly launched OnlyFans page. This video is doubled as a response both to the body-shaming she received in 2020 when she was photographed by paparazzi and claimed that they had been altered... and to all those who have criticised her body throughout her career.

When I first got the idea, I thought I would need a body double. O'Day said that her body is not good enough. She also shared that she went to Bali for a transformational trip that changed the way she saw herself.

"I forgot to bring my wigs. My lashes were not with me. My heels and outfits were not with me. I didn't know that I had been programmed since I was 17 to put on everything to [go] to the grocery store. She explained that I didn't know who I was without it. "I remember looking in the mirror when I first arrived in Bali. I thought I was so ugly." "I felt like I saw all the wrong things in me and that everything that was wrong with my mind was also manifesting in me."

When she decided to make a conscious effort not to use Big Pharma but to try alternative healing methods such as reiki, Wim Hou, breath work, and ice baths, the "noise" began to disappear and she started to feel like she was able to love herself again. Alfredo Flores, who was previously a PA on "Bad Girl" by Danity Kane, Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber, was hired to direct the video.

"I had a little time in the bathroom before we started. It was filmed at Todd Hall's house. "I literally went into the bathroom and felt like I was going to feel all day like I was compromising my art. I needed to be okay with it," O'Day said. She also stated that she felt this visual was essential for her song to be heard.

"As soon as I began to film, I felt liberated. I was running. Todrick returned home at the end the night. I liked jumping on him and like hugging him nakedly. He's like, "Ugh, ----, take it away from me," she cracked. "I literally was like 'Todrick! With my boobs out and he's like, 'Todrick!'

She stated that the director noticed a difference in her, and was particularly proud of the way she put herself out there after the 2020 paparazzi photos.

He was like, "I saw those fat photos of you and everyone called you obese and said you were a f---ing loss. And a lot people were laughing at your public and behind your back. To see you so comfortable in yourself and to look so f---ing amazing on this footage, Aubrey makes me feel so good that it would be nice to be a part this journey through your womanhood," she continued.

The video ends with Aubrey, naked, writing a note that reads "You wanted me to uncensored," which is a big F-U for all her critics. O'Day stated that she has experienced criticism since her college days.

"I would be at my sorority, with mostly white girls from UC Irvine, where everybody would look at US Weekly or InTouch. She recalled that Nicole Richie was the cover girl and Lindsay Lohan the model, running on the beach with very thin ribs. Everyone wanted to be like them." "And then, back to New York filming 'Making the Band' with Diddy, and he'd say, 'You are my looker, you don't make me look good. You should eat 8 cheeseburgers right now. It's like you were sucked in.

O'Day stated that these ever-changing standards left her confused and left her wondering if she was supposed to be curvy. O'Day said that her "boobs, butt, and everything" developed and people started to question whether certain parts of her body were fake. She said, "That was my first experience seeing, 'Wow! Everyone's got lots of opinions about me that are inaccurate.'

Although she reached a point in which it was "exhausting" for her to fight some of the false narratives she had about herself and her body, she did respond to an accusation by a TikTok user that O'Day stole some images from her Instagram page before she Photoshopped herself into them. Aubrey admitted that she did indeed steal photos from Bali Bora Bora and Santorini, as well as Santorini, Santorini, Athens, Greece. But there is a reason why her feed looks like it does.

"I didn't go anywhere with my camera, or my selfie stick out. I was like a tourist taking 5,000,000 photos. She said that she wanted nature to speak to her and to revive my soul and give me my body vibrations. So, did I really hike down a steep mountainside for 2 hours with a bag of makeup, a hairstyle rack, and a wig? No, I didn't. Does my photography need to reflect that feeling? Yes."

She said that she has visited these places and took videos to prove it. But when it came to her IG, she didn't say, "This is a serious matter that I want to judge."

She said, "I don’t believe anyone visits my Instagram and thinks, ‘I’m getting to see into her personal life.’" "Frankly, it's a shame that you think you can see inside someone's private life through Instagram. It's a highlight reel. It's not true for celebrities or regular people. Nobody posts pictures of themselves crying in the bathroom when their Hinge date doesn't call them back. It's absurd to believe otherwise.

I am not inspired by girls taking selfies that look a bit blurry of Fashion Nova's jean jacket. She said, "If I have to post the jacket," and she added, "I'm going give you art."
