Audrina Patridge, alumna of "The Hills", has announced that her niece, Sadie has died at the tender age of 15.

The reality star shared the sad news via Instagram on Tuesday. She was mourning Sadie’s passing as an emotional tribute. Patridge, 37 years old, shared a series photos and videos over the years of her niece, including sweet shots of Sadie and herself together.

"My heart hurts to even type this. In the caption, she wrote that her beautiful niece is now in heaven. It's not goodbye forever, but it's hard to say goodbye now. We will be missing you and will cherish every moment that we shared with you.

"Rest in Peace Say Say!! Patridge also added. "We love you forever & ever! ."

The cause of death for her niece was not revealed by "The Choices", author.

Patridge's celebrity friends and followers, as well as several "Hills" stars, posted condolences in the comments section.

According to Loza's Instagram post, Sadie celebrated her 15th Birthday less than two weeks ago. Loza posted it on February 5, in celebration of her special day.

Loza wrote "i cant believe youe 15" alongside a video that featured loved ones singing Happy Birthday to Sadie. Sadie blew out her candles on her birthday cake. It feels like years have flown by, and there are still so many adventures to be had! Portals, aliens in Sedona, portals, and learning to drive in desert. Youre beautiful, smart, funny, and kind! That dryyy of british humor, tho."
