Clayton Echard Despite the fact that he may have been vindicated from a "false allegation" that he fathered identical twins with a woman who has not been identified, she is telling him to slow down... this battle isn't over yet!

The former bachelor leader took to Instagram on Friday, to announce the "good news." But the woman who had accused him of having twins with her claims that he is "lying," and that it's really not that clear.

Echard, euphoric, posted a video on Instagram, saying, with a huge grin: "Listen! It's Friday. You know what Fridays need? Who has the good news for today? "I got good news today."

He continued, "The results were early and showed little or no fetalDNA present." Let's go, baby! "I knew it was going to happen. Thankfully, five months of torture are finally over."

"Two false allegations in two years - I don't even want to think about what next year will bring. "I think that two false allegations in a lifetime are enough," he said. This has been a difficult time, but I have learned so much about me and am now ready to return to my regularly scheduled program.

The second "false allegation" was not about paternity but that he cheated on Susie Evans. He met her while filming the ABC reality show.

However, the anonymous woman tells a different story, insisting that this paternity case is not over. She told Us Weekly instead that the lab had told her "testing was ongoing."

The woman was adamant that the test, despite what Clayton said, was not inconclusive. They said there was a problem with my sample, and they needed another sample from me. I will give it to them first thing Wednesday morning.

She also said that an employee of the lab with whom she spoke told her, "Clayton was told that even if the results were to be 'inconclusive,' it would not mean that I am not pregnant, and that he had misled his supporters by saying that."

Echard, who was a paternity tester, showed receipts last month to his followers in order to prove he had been involved. He also claimed that he hadn't even had sex. He claimed that "other people out there have been accused of nearly the same thing by exactly the same person."

This paternity dispute may not yet be over despite Echard's premature celebration.
