Blake Lively revealed that Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively welcomed their fourth child. However, the picture does not show Ryan Reynolds' new baby.

On Sunday, the actress posted on Instagram to confirm that she had lost her baby bump.

She captioned the picture of Reynolds and Tammy, "Puppy bowl Sunday 2023 been busy." Other photos featured photos of their preparations for the biggest football game.

Fans and friends flooded the comments to express their gratitude for the happy couple.

Reynolds spoke with Entertainment Tonight in November about their feelings about their new sibling.
