Ed Sheeran surprised a couple who tied the knot this weekend in Las Vegas with a surprise live performance!
Sheeran performed in Sin City on Saturday at Allegiant Stadium. despite the fact that the concert was cancelled at the last moment, Sheeran sang "Magical" to Jordan and Carter Lindenfield for their wedding day.
A mini-choir and Sheeran, holding a guitar, barged into the Little White Wedding Chapel during the ceremony to surprise the bride and groom.
Jordan and Carter both looked like they were on the brink of tears, while other guests audibly expressed their shock at the surprise.
Sheeran stayed behind to witness the couple kiss and seal their nuptials, then pose for pictures, signing their marriage certificates as an official witness.
Sheeran captioned the footage on social media with "Crashed A Wedding, This is Magical." The bride commented, "THANK you SO much for the most magical moment of our lives. We'll never forget it or the wedding advice that you gave us."
The newlyweds also shared the video on their own pages and added, "We are still processing what an incredible moment this was!" Thank you for making our wedding day so magical.
Sheeran’s Saturday show in Vegas was cancelled around an hour before the start time. He shared a message on Instagram saying that the show was cancelled due to "challenges experienced during the load-in."
He later said that "a safety concern" prevented the planned show. He added that he was "gutted by the situation." He said: "We thought the show would happen until the last minute."
Since then, the show has been moved to Sunday, October 28.
