The 27 boxes, which range in number from 5 to 31, are said to be filled with high-end products. Buyers expected some extraordinary items inside, given the high price tag.

Are there luxurious beauty products inside? Perhaps there is something special inside that only this advent calendar can provide? Is there a piece of beautiful jewelry in the mix?

"This is a Joke"

TikToker Elise Harmon shared a series unboxing videos recently that featured her opening her limited edition Chanel advent book.

"Am I crazy? "Yes, but I haven't seen a Chanel advent Calendar, so let's check if it's worth all the hype," Harmon said to her viewers.

She began by praising Chanel's advent calendar packaging. It was perfect. It received a well-deserved 10/10. However, her excitement soon turned to disappointment as she began opening the contents.

Harmon first noticed that the boxes were now numbered from 5 to 31, instead of the traditional countdown to Christmas numbers 1 to 24. Harmon assumed that the Chanel No. 5 fragrance.

She opened the first box that she saw, which was number nine. She was shocked at what she found in the box.

This is a joke! Stickers? !" Harmon exclaimed

A Number Of 'Cheap' Letdowns

Harmon was becoming increasingly frustrated and disappointed as she opened more boxes. Box eight contained a dust bag that had absolutely nothing inside. She said, "I can't believe it."

She opened box 24 and found a small flipbook that made him laugh. "Okay, okay, we're moving forward."

Other "cheap" products included in the Chanel Advent Calendar were a magnet and a money clip. A string bracelet, a miniature mirror, a paperweight, a keychain, and a string bracelet.

Harmon was happy with a few products. Harmon was pleased with box seven's Chanel Hand Cream and box thirty's mini-jar of body cream. Harmon thought it was "very cute," but she noted that the tiny jar of body lotion didn't have enough product for her left arm.

The Chanel Rouge Allure lipstick was featured in Box 20 which was a huge hit. Harmon's reaction was simple: "She's beautiful!" She also loved the full-sized Le Vernis nail varnish in red and the travel-sized Chanel No. 5 fragrance.

It wasn't a loss for Harmon and we are glad it was, but we won’t be spending that much money on an advent calendar any time soon.
