Chris Pratt will be leaving beekeeping to the pros!

In an Instagram video, the star of Guardian of the Galaxy 43 years old shared details about her beekeeping experience which left her with a severely swollen left side.

"So, I have been following this bee lady Instagram. She's so cool, brave, and she goes infront of these bee hives and says, They're very peaceful today. He explained to his followers that he was going to remove the bee and use his bare hands to sort through the bees looking for the queen.

Pratt said that "So it's built me up this false security to the point where I said, ‘I think I control bees too.’"

The "Parks and Recreation” star recalls using the same technique earlier this week when he encountered a honeybee colony -- but he had to use different results.

"So, I saw a honeybeehive two days back and I approached it. The man next to me said, "Be careful, there are bees." I replied, "These bees seem very calm," the actor added.

"And I just stared to these bees, and then one came out and stung my eyeball in the eyeball. Pratt chuckled as he took off his sunglasses to reveal his injury.

His caption was "@texasbeeworks, you inspire me!" Erika Thompson, a certified "bee lady", behind @texasbeeworks, is the real ..."

Thompson responded to Pratt’s video in the comments. She said that Pratt should continue to tell stories on the big screen like in the upcoming "Super Mario Bros Movie", where Pratt will play the role of Mario.

"Wait, so now you're going be a plumber AND a beekeeper @prattprattpratt?" She laughed. "Leave the bees to me or other professionals. You can save the Princess, Mario!"

"Super Mario Bros Movie" will also star Jack Black, Keegan Michael Key, and Anya Taylor Joy and will hit theaters April 7.
