Chrissy teigentook DNA test and turns out that she is 100% her own sister. Wait, what? !

The model posted a video on Instagram Sunday night detailing the "insane 24 hours" leading up to the post. She shared the rollercoaster ride she had been through after taking a 23AndMe DNA test as part of "her journey of health and wellbeing."

She said that she purchased an ancestry package with some upgrades after being "encouraged" by her therapist.

The first thing I thought of when I discovered that I am part neanderthal was that I have a twin. This has to be some kind of joke, right? She then explained.

Teigen then contacted her twin via the app and asked 23AndMe support bot, "how accurate" it was. She wondered if there might be a "glitch".

Hello, I texted my f---ing doc. "I'm in a spiral at this point," she said. "I call dad and literally say: 'Dad did you see me come out of my mom's vagina? Was there two of us?' He laughs and says, "No, I wasn't there. There were only two of us!" "I was like, Are you certain that you were there?"

She called her sister. Her sister's gasp of surprise made her believe that she had a twin, but nobody told her. The spiraling continued.

"I'm at this point making excuses about my entire life." "This is why my twin was taken away from me!" I said. It's because I felt like something was missing, and that is why I had addition issues. I'm like, literally, 'Holy f---!'" She exclaimed.

Her sister reminded her that the entire family had done DNA tests with 23AndMe using "secret names", when they planned to appear on PBS "Finding Your Roots". The test was completed even though Teigen's show was never finished and never aired.

She concluded by saying, "My twin was me, and I was matching my self," before showing the headstone she had drawn for "Sissy Teigen." The headstone read "Sister Aunt & Friend" and listed her birth date and death date as June 4, 2023.

Teigen's only sibling is Tina. Tina was born to mom Pepper before she married Chrissy Teigen's father.
