"I finally exorcised the damn chocolate demon that has been biting at me for many decades."

Dwayne Johnson, "The Rock", is trying to make amends.

The "Black Adam" actor visited Hawaii this weekend and purchased all of the Snickers candy bars at a convenience store.

He posted the video to Instagram and documented the entire process. The now 50-year old actor confessed that he used to shoplift candy bars on his way to the gym as a teenager. He didn't have enough money to buy them. Johnson now claims that he is putting things right 36 years later by purchasing the Snickers bars that he used to sneak into his pockets.

He recalled, "I was broke as heck." "The same clerk was there every single day, always just turning her head and never busting me," he said.

Although the actor turned pro-wrestler was a blockbuster actor, he admitted that his actions had never stopped haunting him. In an Instagram post, he wrote that he had to "right the wrong" back in Hawaii after all these many years.

"Thank you so very much. As he handed the clerk the candy bars, he said "Thank you." "Give these to anyone who looks like they are stealing Snickers so they don’t steal them."

The "Jumanji' star paid for other customers' items in addition to clearing out the shelves of chocolate peanut nougat candy. Johnson stated that picking up the tab was what he could do, considering how much shit I stole from this store. Johnson also took selfies with locals, and shaken hands with employees at the convenience store.

"I have had a few big demons (I still do;) so this one seems very silly. But every time I return home to Hawaii, I drive by 7-11 Dwayne," he captioned. "I knew from the beginning that I had to clean out every Snickers bar in their store - the right manner."

He said, "We cannot change the past or some of the stupid things we may have done. But every now and then we can add a little grace note to that situation -- maybe even put a smile on the faces of strangers." "I finally got rid of the damn chocolate demon that had been eating at me for many decades."
