Eva Mendes shares her beauty routine with fans on Instagram. She is not afraid to talk about her body hair.

"Yes, I shaved the face!" The actress posted a video on Instagram of her experience at Beauty Village Vergara, Beverly Hills.

She continued, "Once I arrived I spoke to the talented @marianalvergara and told her about my current needs." "We started with dermaplaning and then her famous Diamond Peel. We also got some oxygen, a relaxing mask, and a @prissy_co Pedicure.

She can't leave out the last part of her routine: hair!

The villa offers everything! She added.

Mendes responded to comments from fans who asked about her experience with these routines and dermaplaning in particular.

"I am a beast, so I need to use it every other day!" Ha. Mendes, 49 responded that "My hair grows back when I get chills." I'll be shaving my legs and then get chills, and my entire work is ruined!"

A second fan was asked if the treatment had made a difference. She replied "Yes...the makeup and moisturizer go on much more smoothly." I'm still hairy. "My Cuban Papi looks like a bear, and I am his mini-me."

Mendes followed up the post with a second one, which showed her glowing skin as a result of the treatment.

"Shaving My Face!" Mendes captioned, "I received many comments from women who have been shaving their faces for years." "Ok, I guess 'dermaplaning is the preferred term but it's what it is and it's awesome!"
