"I was expecting to be at his bedside, but he was moving around and laughing with his friends."

"Ant-Man and the Wasp, Quantumania" stars Evangeline Lililly and Paul Rudd provided fans with a positive update about Jeremy Renner’s recovery after his snowplow accident last month.

The actor from "Hawkeye" sustained 30 broken bones and blunt chest trauma when he was struck by the Snowcat plow on New Year's Day. Access Hollywood interviewer Lilly, 43, said that she was overwhelmed by his progress since visiting his home.

"I walked into his house and bought chicken skin. I was like, "Why are you so mobile?" What's the matter with you? What's happening?'" The "Lost" alum remembered. "I was expecting to be able to hold his hand and sit by his side as he groaned in pain, but I wasn't able move." He was laughing with his friends, and was moving around.

She said, "It is a miracle." It's an absolute miracle. This guy is a fighter. He is a remarkable recovery.

Lily then remembered how Renner described the "intense" near-death experience, and how he was awake during every moment.

She said that she still has moments when he told me some of the things he experienced, and retelling my story of what happened and the things he heard and the things he saw.

Entertainment Tonight was told by Rudd that his "Avengers: Endgame” co-star, Evangeline made a promising recovery.

He shared that he had spoken with Renner before the premiere and said that he was doing well. He's doing great...He's the greatest guy and he is awesome."

Renner, who was undergoing his recovery in January 2017, took to Instagram to express gratitude to his fans and friends for their support.

He captioned the photo with "Morning exercises, resolutions all changed this particular year," and included a photo of him doing his physical therapy exercises. "Spawned tragedy for my whole family and quickly focused on uniting love. I would like to thank everyone for their thoughtfulness and messages for me and my family. We are grateful for your kindness and love.

Renner concluded, "These 30 broken bones plus will mend and grow stronger just as the love and bond between family and friends deepens." "Love and blessings to all."
