Famous Couples Who Called It Quits Right Before the Wedding

"To some degree, I avoided a bullet."

Sometimes, relationships are not meant to be. Some couples realize that their relationship isn't right for them even after they have popped the question and started planning the wedding. They decide to walk down the aisle instead of continuing their relationship.

Things can get a little more complicated when celebrities decide to leave a wedding. An announcement of a split just before the wedding is set to be a big deal and will likely make news. They have to do what is right for them, and these stars did exactly that.

Looking back, Kiefer believes that Julia was being realistic and that it took courage to leave.
