The mom allegedly texted a man, who was also arrested: "The kid is the issue." She then claimed that she had "taken her son into the woods to be eaten up by bears or drowned in the water".

A Florida woman and a male suspect were both arrested. They are accused of using an alleged fake website to hire a hitman in order to kill her 3-year-old child.

Jazmin Paez, 18, and Gamaliel Soza (18) were both arrested by Miami-Dade Police -- Paez last July, Soza just this week -- for allegedly plotting different ways to rid Paez of her child. According to the arrest warrant, the teen mother is accused of sending a request for an assassin on a totally fake website Rent-a-Hitman. She sent in her son's photo and address.

She also gave the website owner the safe phrase "Put Me in Coach" before contacting authorities. An investigation was then launched into Paez. A police officer pretended to be a hitman and sent a text to the mother, who agreed to pay $3,000 to have her son killed. Police arrested her after tracing the IP address and telephone number on the request.

She was charged with solicitation to murder in the first degree and illegal use of a communication device. Officers claimed that she confessed when arrested and allegedly stated that her boyfriend had recently broken up with her due to her child. She was still using the hitman site on her browser. They also found on her phone a message that read, "It is being taken care of" in reference to her child.

Soza is accused of conspiracy to murder in the first degree and illegal use of a communication device, after disturbing texts were found between him and Paez during an investigation.

The problem is the child. You will see that my only goal was to set you free. I told you the story about the child. According to the affidavit of his arrest warrant , he told her "You won't do anything".

He allegedly said, "You do it and I will think about coming back," to her.

According to an affidavit Paez said to Soza that she "left her son in the woods to be eaten up by bears or drowned in the water." According to authorities, Soza's response was "asking a photo as proof."

Both Paez and Soza were required to post a bond of $15,000 each, and both were also ordered to keep the child away. She was released shortly after.
