Gisele Bundchen has spoken out against reports that she is dating Joaquim Valente, Jiu-Jitsu instructor, or Jeffrey Soffer, real estate developer following her split with Tom Brady.

Bundchen was romantically linked to both men in the months following her divorce filing. The supermodel was spotted with Valente alone and with her children multiple times, while the Daily Mail reported that she has been seeing 55-year old Soffer for several month.

When asked about the reports that were, at the time, only about Valente, she said, "I think at this point unfortunately, because they're going to attempt to attach me to everything."

She spoke to the publication about Joaquim, his brothers Pedro and Gui, who are both instructors. She said that she was so grateful to have known all of them because they not only helped me but also became great friends, especially Joaquim.

She said, "He's our teacher, and, most importantly he's someone that I admire, and that I trust."

"It's so great to have that type of energy, and to have my children around that kind of energy."

The reporter asked Soffer about Soffer weeks later in a follow up interview. She noted that she sounded "devastated", when they mentioned his name. She is a longtime friend and billionaire real estate developer. Elle Macpherson was her previous husband.

She called the report "absurd" and said that she had "zero relationship" with him in any way. She has not seen him for six months. He's Tom's friend, and not my friend. I would not be with his friend. He would not be my friend.

Bundchen, 42 years old, stated that it was difficult to "see lies being made all the time about oneself." VF said Bundchen said the stories were "planted" and that the person who did them wants to "make me look like someone I'm not." She stated that she only wanted to "go do my job and raise our children in peace."

After 13 years of marriage, Tom and Gisele parted ways in 2022. Bundchen announced the news via Instagram. Bundchen said, "The decision of ending a marriage is never easy but it has been difficult for us to grow apart. I feel blessed for the time that we shared and wish Tom all the best."

They were married in 2009 and have two children, Vivian (and Benjamin). John Edward is also a son of Tom's previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.
