"I won’t be lengthy winded. He said that you only have one super-emotional retirement essay, and he used mine up last year. After this, he choked up and thanked his family, friends and teammates as well as competitors, fans and competitors for their support. I am so grateful to you guys for allowing my dream life to come true. I wouldn't change anything. I love you all."
Brady also included photos from the Super Bowl, including some of Gisele in the post. The caption he added to the post was "I love my family." I love my team. I love my friends. I love my coaches. Football is my passion. I love you all. This day I am truly thankful. Thank you.
He said that this isn’t his first retirement. After a remarkable run with the New England Patriots, he signed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before announcing his retirement in 2022. For one last season with the Buccaneers, he re-retired 40 days later.

David Beckham said, "We love and miss you man," before his former Patriots' teammate Julian Edelman said, "Love you buddy!" Edelman wrote, "You only get one super-emotional reaction to the GOAT retirement, and that was mine." Let me just say this. It was a great experience to watch you play and learn from you as a leader, player, brother, father, son, and brother. Love you buddy. PS. PS.
Kate Hudson said, "I'm sure I can tell this for my entire family, it was an honor to witness such a remarkable career." "You brought us so much joy over the years. We welcome you to the next chapter. May it bring as many blessings and joy as the past two decades.
