Sharrieff, the husband of reality star, revealed what he bought his wife, who is currently in prison for her involvement in a nationwide telephone marketing scheme, on her birthday. The gift left her "crying tears of joy and gratitude."

Real Housewives of Salt Lake Cityalum Jen Shah Jen Shah may well have spent her 50th Birthday in prison but her husband Sharrieff Shah was determined to treat her.

The reality star's husband shared a video of his gift to Jen on Thursday on her Instagram account. He assured the "hundreds," or fans, that Jen was "showered" with love on her "special" day, despite her current prison sentence for her role as a telemarketing scam.

Sharrieff opened the five-minute video clip by saying, "I want to send this quick and easy video to answer the questions -- the hundreds and thousands of inquiries I receive -- about my wife this day. Today is my wife’s birthday, as most of you are aware. Jen Shah celebrated her 50th birthday today. We are not exactly where I expected to be when Jen Shah turned 50. But I can tell you that I am confident that God has us right where he wants us. "I am continually humbled by this and grateful for it."

The University of Utah football head coach told reporters that he had "asked 50 of her closest family and friends to send me a birthday message or text, which I would then give to his wife."

He continued: "She received them today and it was much more than I had ever imagined." Jen "cried and wept tears of joy and gratitude for at least six-and-a-half minutes."

You've not been forgotten,'" Sharrieff recalled. Sharrieff remembered, "You've been forgotten.

He then shared some of the messages that his wife had "received" from family and friends, without mentioning if any of them were from her RHOSLCcostars.

Sharrieff wrote that a "dear" friend of his, who "got [Jen] to know really, really well," had written, "Today, you open your eye to a brilliant, new day of love and light." In everything you do, focus on your highest good. Do not let outside circumstances disturb your happiness. Maintain inner peace and harmony. Your 50th birthday is approaching. Your numbers may change, but your inner self will never change: you will remain beautiful, limitless and wonderful, creative, capable, strong and powerful. "Happy birthday, love and appreciation."

He read out a letter written by one of Jen's close health care providers, who has been working with her for many years.

"He writes: 'Hey my girl, distance and time do not reduce the space that you hold in my heart. As birthdays are always a celebration for spirit, I am with you today and I celebrate you as a beautiful person inside and out. Happy birthday, my angel. It's a wonderful birthday gift. Orchid Dynasty is so excited to send you another gift. Sharrieff read the note.

The third letter, which he also shared, was from Jen's older sister. She sent her a message that encouraged her "bestie" to always "see beauty in this life and to be encouraged to press on regardless of any obstacles or stumbling block in her way."

"Never give in because you are beautiful and amazing, and I can see greatness within you." "Adjust your crown, Queen," added the Bravo star's sibling. "You've got it, and I have you for life. You are amazing and I am so proud of you. I can't wait for the biggest party when you return home. "Happy birthday to my sister and my best friend."

Sharrieff ended the video by thanking those who had sent Jen birthday greetings.

He said, "Thanks for your love and all the messages you sent me, asking me to send them to my wife. I did," and he thanked everyone. As you requested, please know that Jennifer has been showered with love today and comforted on this special occasion. We are grateful to everyone who has prayed for and sent us beautiful thoughts, as well as those who continue unconditionally love us. We love you right back."

Jen was sentenced to 78 months, or 6.5 years for her involvement in a national telemarketing scam. She and Stuart Smith were accused for nearly a decade of creating and selling "lead list" of innocent individuals who could be used as targets in a telemarketing scheme. The victims included many elderly people and those from the working class.

Shah was sentenced to six years in prison, forfeiting $6,500,000 and 30 luxury items. She also had to pay $6.645,251 as restitution.

She started her sentence in February. According to page six, the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate database reported that Jen had her sentence reduced by one year. Her release date was now August 30, 2028.

Jen, who was incarcerated at Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas in July, talked to The Messenger via email -- for an exclusive interview. She revealed her experiences behind bars, and how she keeps busy. Shah revealed that she has been tutoring students and teaching exercise classes.
