Prince Harry was not a popular step-child and was often questioned about his parentage. It is still a common joke and one of the most damaging effects of the brutal PR campaign against Princess Diana.
Prince Harry was Born with a Target on His Back
Like his mother, the prince has been subject to constant attacks by the media. He was called the "black sheep" of the royals because he doesn't conform to their standards. He is a frequent target of tabloids because of his outspoken criticism. While Harry's relationships to his family are well-known in royal gossip, his relationship with King Charles is a rare criticism.

The media's vicious attacks on Princess Diana combined with the revelation of her extramarital affair, James Hewitt (red-haired riding instructor), seem to have made it so that a significant number of people forgot that having children isn’t a cloning process. Diana's youngest son was born with red hair, just like many of her relatives.
His young face was examined under a microscope in order to show that he wasn't Charles. However, these investigations often overlook the fact that his childhood appearance resembled that of his paternal grandfather. These facts were compelling enough to make Harry and his mother look like Charles.
Why Charles and Harry's Relationship is Settled
Harry's parents have been questioned more times than we can count. Although none of these stories has ever provided any proof, they continue to be cited. Multiple tabloids claimed that Harry was not Charles' son. They claimed that a DNA test had been leaked by someone.
These lies are often disguised as part of Harry's imagined war with his family. Headlines have claimed that Harry was waging war on Charles, claiming that he was not his father. However, a similar number of magazine covers stated that Charles was taking a paternity exam to get revenge. It doesn't matter what, Harry and Charles have never had to come up with anything like this, despite their most bitter disagreements. Why did they do it so aggressively? It makes for compelling headlines, but we can't even understand .
Harry is in the right place
It's boring for Charles to be Harry’s father but it's the truth. The current fifth in the succession line, with Prince William and his three children behind him, the Duke of Sussex is secure. Charles believed Harry was his son but he has no power to change the line of succession. DNA testing is not required.
It's not worth acknowledging if a narrative is even partly based on the appearance or birth of a literal child. Fraternal twins may look completely different from each other, much like siblings who have been separated for years can appear identical. A mix of two people's genes can make you a person. With all due respect, Charles' royal genetics were no better than Diana's. As Harry ages, it becomes more apparent that he actually follows Charles' family line. Although he may have resigned from his royal institution, he will remain his father's only son.
