Giancola said, "My stomach is sinking in my chest," when she learned that Ron would be showing up at the set to apologize and explain why she didn't want him to see her.

One Jersey Shore Family vacation star, Ronnie Ortiz Magro was absent. Samantha Giancola returned to the program to apologize to her former roommates.

Ronnie, on Thursday's "new hour", made a surprise visit to Margaritaville, in Florida, in an effort to make amends. He only told Mike Sorrentino that he would be heading to the hotel.

Mike was advising Ron how to apologize but Sam's return this season put a wrench in those plans. In a confessional he stated, "I never thought Sam would be coming back when I was speaking to Ronnie." He also noted that their relationship was intense. We have a problem.

Lauren, his wife, urged him go to Sam - whose boyfriend Justin also visited - to warn her of Justin's impending arrival. She said: "I don’t think they should share a room," "It's just too early, and it's bad."

Mike went to Sam's bedroom and told her about Ron. She initially rolled her eyes and said, "Oh, my god."

"I didn't want Ron to see me, especially when my boyfriend was here." "My heart is sinking in my stomach", she confessed, before reflecting on the rocky past of her relationship with Ron. "My relationship was not healthy. I don't remember when we broke up, but it was in 2015. He was the main reason why I never came back. "I'm not ready to do this. My life has changed."

Mike revealed that Ron's apology campaign had been planned for two years without knowing Sam would return to the show. He told them to leave for the day and that the rest of cast would handle Ron.

She said that she was grateful for the warning. Before leaving the room, he told her that he wanted to ensure she was happy and would stay.

Sam's boyfriend told her that Ron was no longer a problem in their relationship after Mike left.

She added in a confessional: "I don’t want to be with Ron today." Justin is understanding and knows that Ron and I had a toxic relationship. "I've been through so much, I'm relieved to get out with my man."
