You've probably come across information about manifestation if you've searched for ways to make your goals and dreams a reality. People have many misconceptions about manifestation. They believe it is a way to think aspirationally about money, love, and career goals with the intention of making them a reality.

You can write them down on notecards or repeat them aloud. Some people prefer to keep them visible on signs or post it notes around the house. You can do what you like!

Create A Vision Board

Vision boards are another type of affirmation that helps you visualize your goals. This is a great way to help you get clear on your goals. There is no right or wrong way, but it's best to keep the board focused on one area of your life.

You might want to make a vision board that will help you create love and relationships, but you also want to be focused on your career goals. It's better to have two vision boards so that you can focus on each one individually. This will make it easier to get clarity and direction for each goal.

Use The 369 Method

The 369 Method, a new trend in manifesting something, is becoming increasingly popular on TikTok. The name of the method is directly derived from the way it is practiced. It involves creating an affirmation that reflects what you want. If you wish to manifest love, your affirmation might be "I will find love" and it would then be written three times a day, six times during the afternoon, and nine times at bedtime.

Nikola Tesla, an inventor, first introduced the method. It is directly connected to the Law of Attraction. Each number actually has a meaning. The three numbers represent our connection with the universe. The six represents our inner balance and strength, while the nine symbolizes our inner rebirth.

Remember, in order for these affirmations of success to be effective, they must be accompanied by action.

First, Arielle Sterling, Holistic Life Coach, and Reiki Master, shares some inspiring words: "Take concrete steps forward with intention action towards your goal. You can't meet someone if you stay inside. Start by making an additional payment if you want to repay your debt. This will push the manifestation forward and give it more force. Consider a snowball moving down a hill. It may not be large or powerful at first, but it will grow as it goes.

Step 1: Determine Your Goal

It is important to narrow down your goals before you can manifest them. Be as specific as you can. Instead of asking for a promotion, you can instead ask for the exact job you want, when it will be offered, and how much.

Step 2: Demand What You Want

Once you have finalized your goals, it is time to make them a reality. Write them down and make affirmations. You can also pray or meditate over them. Finally, you can say them aloud. You might also want to make a vision board, or try the 369 Method.

Step 3: Take Action

We now know that manifesting your dreams is only possible if you do something about it. Start taking the time to think about the actions that you will need to make your affirmations come true and then start incorporating them into your daily life. Start by listing three things you can do today to get closer to your goal.

Step 4: Trust the Process

It takes time to manifest your dreams. If you get frustrated, it is because you are sending negative vibrations to the universe. You will only receive negativity back. Be open to the possibility that there are other factors that may be preventing you from moving forward. Self-doubt, feelings of inadequacy, and self-doubt are often the root causes of these emotions. You can resolve them by including affirmations that relate to your day.

Step 5: Accept What You Have Received

The universe is always reaching out to you and giving you tools to reach your goals. Keep an eye out for these gifts and log them in your journal. Meditation or mindfulness exercises can help you lift your vibration levels if you are feeling down. Even if you only have 10 minutes per day, it is worth trying activities that make your happy.
