Jada Pinkett Smith, his Magic Mike XXL costar, is one of many celebrities who have paid tribute to Stephen 'tWitch'Boss.

They appeared together in "Magic Mike," the sequel that was released in 2015. Pinkett played the owner at a Savannah stripclub where Donald Glover and tWitch were employed. They were joined by Channing Tatum and Matt Bomer, Channing Tatum, Joe Manganiello and Matt Bomer for a final number at a stripping convention.

Pinkett posted a photo of herself, Boss, and Glover to Instagram Wednesday morning ( over). This was her reaction to the death of tWitch at 40. According to TMZ his suicide seems to have been caused.

"I woke up this morning to hear that tWitch has died," she said. She began, "My heart breaks for his wife Allison and their children Weslie Maddox, Zaia, and Maddox." "My condolences go out to his family and friends."

"We had a lot fun on the Magic Mike set. She continued, "He was so sweet and kind." "So many people suffer silently. I wish he would have known. His beautiful, shining soul may rest in the arms and protection of the Great Supreme. May the same Higher Power heal the broken hearts of his loved ones.

At the time of Boss' death, he was married to Allison Holker. They were married in 2013, and Boss adopted Holker’s daughter Weslie. They welcomed two more children, Maddox (6 years old) and Zaia (3 years). Just four days ago, Bosss and Holker celebrated the 9th anniversary of their wedding.

Boss first appeared on "The Wade Robson Project" and then he became a contestant in "So You Think You Can Dance," where he was a judge again in 2018 as well as earlier this year. He was Ellen DeGeneres' long-running DJ and also appeared in three "Step Up” films.
