Jennifer Aniston is featured on the cover of CR Fashion Book Muses, where she discusses hair and wellness while displaying her toned body.

Jennifer Aniston bares it all in her latest photoshoot... well almost.

The Morning Show actress stripped down to just her bra and underwear in the October issue CR fashion book. She wore a series looks, shot in black-and-white, that showed off her toned physique while also serving as a moment of high fashion for the actress.

Some of the photos were more sexy, showing Aniston in a deconstructed suit with a black bra, and her toned abs. Other shots showed the Friends alumnus completely covered, wearing coordinated jackets and pants sets, as well as oversized coats, blazers and capes.

Aniston shared the results of her work by removing the cape from her black Rick Owens sparkling dress to show readers her black bra and underwear.

Aniston's wellness routine includes drinking a lot water, moving her body every day, eating whole, fresh food, and getting as much sleep as possible.

This last part is difficult for me but so important. "I feel it when i don't get sufficient rest," she said, admitting her busy schedule can make it difficult to get the rest she needs.

Aniston also said that she is mindful of the things she allows to enter her "headspace" and stresses the importance of "turning off the noise" as needed.

Aniston continued, "Our world is going through some real challenges. I know that we care about it a great deal, but I believe sometimes we need to turn down the volume."

Aniston, whose off-camera ventures include her LolaVie line of haircare products and her new partnership with Pvolve Fitness, told CR fashion book that she developed a love for wellness in her early childhood while watching medical shows with her father, John Aniston.

Aniston described the medical field as "fascinating". My dad was in medical school for a while, and acting was slowing down. That's why we moved to Greece, when I was about five or six. So, I had a doctor/actor in the family who introduced me the world of research and medicine.

We would watch medical shows during dinner. She remarked that she would not normally watch micro-surgeries at dinnertime. "That was where my interest began, and I'm always grateful to the medical and science community for advancing our knowledge about the human body and our health and how to continue to thrive even as we age."

Aniston was unable, when speaking to CR fashion Book, to discuss her acting projects. However, she shared her hopes for the industry's future in these uncertain times.

She said, "I hope that the SAG-AFTRA/WGA strikes will be resolved fairly and soon." There are many crew members involved in our creative process that are not part of either union, and who haven't asked to go on strike. Many are also struggling financially. We want everyone back to work as quickly as possible.
