"I didn’t know there was paparazzi out in middle of the ocean!"

After a paparazzi photo left people wondering if Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were reenacting a shot from the iconic "Jenny from the Block", Jennifer Lopez has set the record straight.

The couple was celebrating the 52nd birthday of the singer on a yacht in St. Tropez last July when they were captured by paparazzi. Although most fans were thrilled by the new reunited couple and their relationship, others speculated that they were recreating her iconic scene from her video 19 years ago.

The couple was lying in the sun, and Lopez noticed that the actor from "Batman," had placed his hand on Lopez' back over her bikini.

People Magazine was dispelled by rumors about the actor from "Marry Me", who stated that "We were just on a boat!" There was no recreation! I was lying down. ... It was a trip that I enjoyed for my birthday. But, no, it wasn't something we planned to recreate. I didn't even know that there were paparazzi in the middle the ocean!

Another interview was done for the publication and the actress from "Hustlers" spoke about her happiness.

The 52-year old admitted that he's never felt better. It's simply that we are all living in a very beautiful moment.

She said that Affleck made her feel "so lucky, happy and proud" to be with her. It's a beautiful love story and we were given another chance.

Ben and Jennifer first dated in 2002-2004. After getting engaged, they called off their nuptials. The couple reconnected last spring, with reservations about how much media attention it would attract.

Lopez acknowledged that they had "a little bit fear" and thought about how "before we kinda put [our relationship] on the market and we were naive, and it got a little trampled."

The couple has now admitted their mistakes and are being careful about how they present their relationship to the public. "Wow, we're so happy, and we don't want any to come into play again," said the "On The Floor” singer.

"We are older, smarter, more experienced, at different points in our lives, have children now, so we need to be aware of these things. It is a wonderful time for us all, and we are so protective.

She said, "I feel very lucky to be in an intimate relationship that is loving and happy, and I want everything to protect it and keep it safe." It is worthy of that, it truly does. It is sacred to us."
