Ben Affleck has been getting heat for his comments about Jennifer Garner. This is not just from the general public. Page Six reports that his current girlfriend Jennifer Lopez has also been upset by him for badmouthing Garner.

Affleck Felt 'Trapped' In Marriage

Affleck, who recently appeared on The Howard Stern Show spoke out about his marriage with the actress. He shocked listeners by claiming that he would still be drinking if the couple had stayed together.

The actor said that part of the reason I started drinking was because it was difficult to stop. "I was like, ‘I can’t leave because my children are here, but I’m not happy, so what do I do?" And I drank a glass of Scotch, fell asleep on the couch and realized that this was not the right solution.

Many pointed out that Garner supported Affleck in his struggle with gambling addiction and substance abuse. He even drove him to rehab in 2018. This was despite the fact that they had announced their plans to divorce in 2015 and to legally separate in 2017. Affleck's remarks are not just a source of concern for the public. One source said Lopez was "pissed," according to PageSix.

Lopez Is Upset with Affleck

"I had gone on to say how much we respect one another and care about each other," Affleck stated during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! He said that the segment that went viral online "just made it out to me as the worst, most sensitive, stupid awful man."

Spending time together
