Josh Duhamel opens up about his experience of becoming a father again, as well as co-parenting with his ex Fergie.

appeared on The Jess Cagle Show, Sirius XM and spoke about his new pregnancy.

Duhamel said, "Jumping in at such a ripe age is a great idea." "I am doing it, and I can't wait. To me, that's the point. "I'm just meant to be a father."

"I want to, there's no better thing than watching my son, I have a 10 year-old boy who is the best thing I've ever done. "I get to do it again and hopefully after that," he said. "Yeah, we are very excited. Axl is going to be a wonderful older brother. Audra is going to be a wonderful mother. "I am very blessed."

Fergie, Josh Duhamel's ex-wife, and the mother of Axl's son, congratulated the couple in the comments section. She wrote, "I'm truly happy for you guys Axl is excited to be a brother."

Jess Cagle, the host of the show, noted that civil relationships are rare. Duhamel then took a few moments to thank his ex-wife.

"Fergie, you are an incredible woman." Duhamel said, "She really is." "She's taken Audra into, you know. It could be worse."

He continued, "The thing is, you never know what's going to happen, but she is a very kindhearted person. She really is." "She is only excited for Audra, and she loves her. I cannot believe how excited Audra is about us."

"You know it's, as I said, could be worse and I've been there. I've seen it. "And, uh... fortunately, we are in a very civil situation."

Duhamel married Fergie in 2009, and they divorced officially in 2019. The actor then went on to marry the model Audra Marie in 2022.
