Judy Sheindlin, Judge, claims Justin Bieber, her ex-neighbor is "scared to die" for her.

Access Hollywood interviewed the 80-year old TV judge about how he allegedly avoided her following a public slur against him for his DUI in 2014.

Judge Judy said that the now-28 year-old Grammy winner was "scared to death" of her. "There was a time before he grew-up -- when he was foolish and doing foolish things."

She laughed and said, "I must have said something, and then I understood that he was paying front door people to tell them when I was there and coming and going so he wouldn’t have to bump into my face."
