Britney spears not the only one who dances with knives!

Kathy Griffin tromped the popstar with her own video, wearing a pink bikini and dancing in her house while holding a spatula or a knife.

In the spoof video, Griffin clarified in an Instagram post that her spatula and knife were "not props," unlike the knives Spears claimed she used to dance with in the now viral video.

Griffin, displaying her toned body, said, "You guys please come and see me on Friday, October 6 at the Mirage, in Las Vegas." "I will be making fun of everything and everyone, including myself."

The 62 year old comedian appeared on Jimmy Kimmel's Live! on Tuesday night. She shared her views on the #FreeBritney campaign and Spears’ life after being released from a 13-year conservatorship in 2022.

Griffin joked, "I do fear the #FreeBritney crowd, but sometimes a person is too free."

She continued, "I love you gays, and I love #FreeBritney, but you did not have a plan."

Spears' clip, while clearly a joke, was a cause for concern. The pop star took to Instagram to clarify that the knives she "played with" in the video were fake.

Don't worry, they are not real knives! !! Halloween is soon ! !!" Spears changed the caption of the video to read "Knife-wielding"

Later, the "Sometimes' singer clarified that Shakira had copied her recent performance at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Some fans were defending her while others became worried. The police even conducted an wellness check after "someone close" to her was "really concerned."

Spears responded to the check on Instagram, stating that "nobody needs to be worried or call the cops."

She then called out the police in a second post. She claimed that they had entered her home without permission and demanded an explanation from law enforcement.

Spears' troubling video comes at a difficult time for the singer. She recently separated from Sam Asghari after only 14 months of marriage.
