The American Idol winner from the beginning isn't going away.

According to insiders, Kelly feels that she must stand up for herself and fight back against Brandon now more than ever. She insists that she has been more than reasonable, despite Brandon trying to make her a cash cow." However, the source says it's not about her financial security. This is not about money, but principles and fairness. Kelly has enough money in the bank to finance a long divorce war. That's what Kelly intends to do, the snitch whispers.

Sources also state that they have to let something go because they cannot keep up this pace forever. The tipster explained that there are many disputes between them and that neither Kelly nor Brandon wants to give up. "They are both proud people who believe they have the right. Their inability to compromise ultimately leads to each other's ruin."

Kelly Clarkson to Throw $45 Million at Divorce

Although it is true that Kelly Clarkson's and Brandon Blackstock's divorce was not a civil one, we doubt Clarkson will keep the fight alive out of spite. According to the magazine, Clarkson wanted Blackstock to be evicted in order to exact "ultimate revenge". Clarkson is clearly not a reliable subject matter for the Enquirer.
