The "Kim Kardashians" star said she hadn't seen a scale in years and now knows "they're just numbers."

Khloe Kardashian revealed that she was obsessed with the results of her weight on the scale after her divorce from Lamar Odom.

InStyle interviewed the reality star at 38 years old to discuss how she values numbers more than what feels best for her body.

"When I started working out, I was so passionate about it. Maybe [it's] just being younger. She began, "I think you care about scales." The scale Fs with me. I no longer look at a scale. It's unhealthy. In years, I haven’t. They are just numbers."

Kardashian now claims that she uses her gut to prioritise exercising and not let numbers dictate her worth. "I measure my confidence in myself. She said that she is all about doing what is best for myself, my mind, body and soul. "There's no one size fits all."

The host of "Revenge Body," also spoke out about how Odom's divorce caused her to have "obsessive" behavior when it came time to going to the gym.

"My divorce was the reason I went to the gym." Khloe said that she didn't know what to do. "Of course, it was hard at first, and you have to get over the feeling of something new and difficult. But I felt so accomplished."

She admitted that she was a control freak. But in real life, we don't have control over everything. However, the gym and what I do there, I know that I will get out of it. Being a control freak, I'm proud to say that I can do that.

After only one month of dating, Kardashian and Lamar tied the knot in September 2009. Khloe filed for divorce four years later. Lamar, who was then in his third month of dating, died from an accidental overdose at a Nevada brothel.

After the basketball player had fully recovered, the Good American founder filed a new petition in May 2016, and the couple's divorce was finalized seven years later.
