The 9-year old was photographed leaving her hotel with her mother to attend the Met Gala, but she did not attend due to the strict age limit of 18+.

Kim Kardashian never leaves her daughter North West behind!

The 42-year old founder of Skims revealed that a fan was rooting for her when she ascended to the Met Museum of Art's steps in New York City.

This year, I wanted to be glamorous. "I didn't really feel the pressure," Kardashian stated about her Schiaparelli Pearl gown in an interview on the carpet with Vogue. I just wanted to enjoy myself."

The reality star revealed that she shares a pre-carpet routine with her sisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. "I shot a few shots before coming with my sisters." She continued, "My daughter was with me in the room."

The 9-year old was able join her mother and aunts before the event, and was even pictured leaving the Hotel with her mother on route. However, the daughter of Kim West and Kayne was not allowed to walk the carpet because the fundraiser only allows those 18 and older.

North cheered for the "Kardashians" star at a distance. The mom of four revealed that North was actually watching the walk-up on the red carpet from her car. "So, it was a glamorous evening."

North surprised her mom with a massage on Monday night before she walked the Met Gala red carpet.

Kim posted a video of her hotel room on Instagram, which was covered in white petals and candles. It looked like it would be perfect for a relaxing spa massage. North surprised her with the gift to help relax before the Met, she captioned the video. She gave viewers a tour.

Beautiful. "Massages before your big day!" Beautiful." She added, "Beautiful."

Kardashian showed off her intimates in a Schiaparelli gown made of all pearls. She wore a silky corset and bra with a champagne color. She completed her extravagant ensemble with a diamond and pearl choker, along with diamond-stud earrings. She wore white sandals with pearls, and an anklet to match.

This year's Costume Institute exhibit is dedicated to late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. The theme of the exhibition will be "Karl Lagerfeld - A Line of Beauty". Dress code for the exhibition was both an easy prompt and a challenging challenge, as guests were asked to dress "in honor" of Karl.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City will also be hosting the exhibition from May 5 through July 16.
