"I've naturally had six children. Kim Zolciak said that she was bothered by the fact that when she sneezes or runs, her urine is a bit diluted.

Kim Zolciak has made some changes to her life since the messy divorce of her ex-husband Kroy Biemann.

In a video shared on her Instagram Stories via Hollywood obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. David L. Matlock, Kim revealed that she's undergoing laser vaginal rejuvenation to tighten her muscles after giving birth to six children naturally.

"It is 6:30 in the morning." I'm heading in for my surgery. Kim, a young woman with a bright smile, tells the camera that she is going to have Morpheus8 and Renuvion skin tightening. "Very excited about that."

The Real Housewives of Atlanta continues: "I also do laser v rejuvenation. I have six children and they were all born naturally. "When I run or sneeze, I pee a bit. This bothers me terribly."

In the caption to the video set to Kim's "Tardy For The Party", Dr. Matlock provided a little more information on the procedure, and promised that a patient case would be "coming soon" in his following.

Matlock wrote on Thursday that "@kimzbiermann was here to get some skin tightening done using #inmode #Morpheus8 body and @renuvion." After having multiple children, her muscles became relaxed. She decided to undergo Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation in order to stop peeing when running or sneezing.

According to The National Institutes of Health, vaginal rejuvenation is a cosmetic surgery that treats looseness, drying, and other effects of childbirth and age.

The CO2 laser is used to treat urinary incontinence, which can be caused by weak pelvic muscle.

Reality TV star 45 is no stranger to cosmetic surgery. She has had a breast enhancement and a tummy-tuck. She has also admitted that she regularly gets Botox and Lip Fillers.

Kim is preparing to lead a single life after her turbulent divorce from Kroy.

Kim and Kroy divorced in May 2023 after 12 years together. Kim claimed in paperwork that the relationship between the couple was irretrievably damaged and there was no hope for reconciliation. But it turned out this wasn't true. After a split of just a few short months, the couple reconciled. They called off their divorce.

According to documents obtained by People Kim filed "a dismissal without prejudice of an answer and counterclaim" at the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. According to source near the couple, Kim & Kroy "are getting along" now and "trying make it work for their kids."

In August, Kroy filed for a divorce with Kim.

Since then, the pair have been involved in an intense back and forth, fighting often at their Georgia home. Police were called on numerous occasions to investigate domestic disputes.
