The "Sex and the City's" star, Cattrall, has already weighed in on the controversy shortly after it was revealed that Cattrall will be returning to the franchise.

Kristina Davis shares her opinion on the feud that has erupted between Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker.

In an interview with "The Telegraph," the star shared her views on the drama. She also noted that she won't be putting any effort to fix it.

"You must respect the wishes of others. I won't waste my energy on this. Davis said, "I can't make anyone change." "I understand the fans' feelings. I know they're angry."

Davis, who played Charlotte in the classic sitcom Sex and the City, which aired for the first time in 1998, said, "I wish that I could fix it but it's out of my control."

The actress confirmed the news on Instagram, one day after SATC fans were surprised to learn that Cattrall would reprise her role of Samantha in the Max spin-off, “And Just Like That ...,".

Cattrall also wrote "Happy Pride ....."" alongside a Varietyreport on her upcoming cameo Season 2 of "And Just Like That."

Cattrall starred in " Sex and the City" from 1998 until 2004, and in the two spinoff movies, released in 2008 and 2018, as Samantha Jones. She's spoken out over the years about her decision not to return to the franchise after her feud Parker. This is why news of Cattrall’s cameo surprised many.

Variety reports that Cattrall's scene will involve a conversation between Carrie Bradshaw, who plays SJP, and Cattrall. Cattrall reportedly shot her " and Just Like That " cameo late in March. She did not interact with her former co-stars, or the showrunner Michael Patrick King.
