Kylie, Kourtney, and Khloe talk about their insecurities. They also discuss how being in front of the camera only brought them to light.

Kylie Jenner was the star of the show this week, after spending the majority of the season on the sidelines. She and her sisters talked about how media, trolls, and beauty standards have affected their self-esteem.

Jenner arrived at Kourtney's house to assist her with makeup. Khloe was already present when Jenner arrived. Kourtney urged Kylie to feel confident in her imperfections as she worked on her sister's make-up. She then shared that she had recently reflected on the "beauty standards" in the world.

What are we doing? ", Kylie asked. Kylie asked, before expressing her disappointment at how many young girls are "fully editing" their social media posts. Jenner admitted that she, too, "went through this stage" and said she is in a better place now.

Jenner confessed that it was "normal" to feel insecure, before reminiscing about how confident she used to be as a kid. Kylie Jenner said that, while she was portrayed as "this insecure kid" in the media by the media, "one of biggest misconceptions about me" is that I "got so many surgeries to change my entire face." She called that claim false and said that the only thing that she has ever done is get fillers.

She continued to say that she has "heard everything negative anyone could possibly say about me online" and it's made her "stronger" and "more numb" to it over time. She acknowledged that social media can be "a dark, dark place at times," but chose to focus on the "beautiful" personal life she leads and the support she receives from her family who "understand exactly what it is like to be in a similar position."

Khloe, after Kylie pointed out that others could "instill insecurities" in her sisters, said it was actually the source of all hers.

"I was the most confident, I weighed a lot and wore a tight body-con dress. You couldn't have told me anything else." She confessed, "The society gave me insecurities." "I was ripped apart as soon as I went on television. It's because I don't look like any of my sisters. When I changed my appearance, I did better makeup, fillers, and I had a nose surgery. But people still bullied me. Which one is it then? "You need to take responsibility for your own actions."

Khloe said she's "chubby" and that's okay, even though Kourtney claimed her sister was never "chubby." She then pulled up an old picture and commented: "It looks like I'm in a fatsuit."

Khloe wondered if she would have touched her nose had her mother Kris Jenner not "talked" about it so much growing up. Jenner then revealed how her siblings affected the way she felt when she was young by constantly talking about her ears.

I received it as everyone calling me Dopey and making fun of my ear. She said: "That f---ed up me." Khloe, Kourtney and others insisted that they never meant to be cruel. "I never gave my ears a thought and for five years, I never wore a hairstyle. Stormi has my ears, and that made me love them even more. "Now I wear a hairstyle on every carpet."

Three women expressed their desire to avoid passing on their insecurities onto their children. Kourtney said she has made an effort to allow her kids "the freedom of expression and not to put so much pressure to perfectionism." She continued, "I believe the message is that you're enough the way you already are, and you should own who you are."

The Kardashians' new episodes will be available on Hulu this Thursday.
