The mom of the guy said that she learned about the shocking video -- which became viral online -- from a talkshow she was watching.

This is what a British mother, 51, says after video of her son having sexual relations in the bathroom of an easyJet plane went viral on social networks -- and became one of the main topics of discussion on her favorite talk show.

A crew member opened the lavatory door in the middle of the flight, and a man and a woman who were not identified were caught literally with their pants down. The other passengers on the plane started to cheer. After the woman emerged from the bathroom, she raised her hand in celebration.

Piers Sawyer was 23 years old and celebrating his birthday. His mother identified him as the young man.

Elaine, the mother, told The Sun, "I was watching Loose Women [UK talk show] and they were discussing it there. Some of Piers's friend started sending me clips." It's not what a mother wants to see."

She continued, "You know that these things will happen at your holiday destination, but you do not expect them to happen during the flight." "But it's just a single 23-year old lad going to Ibiza for his birthday. It's called a party jet."

She continued to say that she did not believe her son had known the other woman prior to the flight. The passengers, she said, were "all having a great time at the airport when this happened." She admitted that it was "embarrassing" but that "they didn't do anyone any harm." Her son, she said, "doesn’t want to discuss it" and “probably just wants it forgotten.”

Elaine claimed that she did not believe the crew member opened the door despite other passengers "egging" him on.

A spokesperson for easyJet told USA Today that "we can confirm the police met this flight from Luton, to Ibiza, on 8 September due to two passengers' behavior." According to The Sun, the police in Spain have no record of this incident.
