Post claims he has dropped from 240 pounds to 185

Post Malone says that he removed one food item from his diet to lose 55 pounds.

Malone revealed that he had lost weight after cutting out sugary sodas while on the Joe Rogan experience.

The singer said, "Soda's so bad." "It is so good but so bad," said the singer.

"[If] I did a good show and, you know, I feel a bit naughty." "I'm going to have myself a Coca-Cola on ice," said the man, who admitted that he treats himself occasionally.

Malone has revealed that his weight is now 185 pounds, down from the 240 he weighed before he changed his diet.

Rogan added, "The sugar in soda is so unnatural that your body does not know how to deal with it." The key is to have a little bit of each thing, right?

"Every so often, you treat yourself to a Coca Cola. You think 'Ahh! This is nice. You never get that much sugar from nature. "You get sugar from fruit," said Rogan. When you drink sugar water, the sugar is absorbed directly into your bloodstream. Your body goes, "What the f*ck is this?"

In February, Post responded to the rumor that his recent weight loss was due to drug use via Instagram.

Malone said, "i want to make it clear that i am not on drugs. I've been asked a lot about my weight and, i would assume, my performance on stage." "I'm having so much fun performing and I have never felt better."

"i guess father life kicked in, and i decided i would kick soda and start eating healthier so i could be around for as long as possible for this little girl," he said at the time.
