Nick joked that "Love Again" was his first date and it went better than the one he had just been on.

In the first trailer of their new romcom, Sam Heughan teaches Priyanka Chopra Jonas "Love Again."

Jonas plays Mira, a woman who sends romantic texts to her deceased fiance's phone. However, the phone has been assigned to Heughan's character. Heughan is a journalist who sets out on a mission for Mira to find her.

Mira is forced to re-enter the market after having a terrible date with Nick Jonas, Chopra's husband. After the trailer was released, Nick joked on Twitter that "Glad our first dates went better than this one" and added, "Loved the opportunity to see you shine while on set!"

Celine Dion plays a version of herself that Heughan has assigned to her character in the movie. According to Sony's official synopsis, he "enlists her assistance in figuring out how Mira can meet in person...and win his heart."

The trailer features Dion's "It's all Coming Back to Me Now" song, but the movie will also include original, additional songs by the artist, one of which is used at the end of the teaser.

The film will be in theaters on May 12, 2023.
