Vanderpump rules star Rachel Leviss is opening up about the friendship she had with Ariana madix after Scandoval.

In an interview with Bethenny's Podcast "Just B with Bethenny's Frankel", the 28-year old reality star, who now goes by her birthname, Rachel, shared her views on the "narrative," that she had an affluence with her "best friends" long-term partner, Tom Sandoval. She claimed that Ariana and she "were not

Rachel replied, "Yes. That's the narrative being written for me." When Bethenny (52), asked about Rachel and Ariana's friendship, noting "the world believes [she] has slept with her best friend's boyfriend who's been dating [her] for 10 years", Rachel noted, "the world is under the impression that [she] has slept with his boyfriend [of] 10 years." She claimed that "Ariana" and she were not the best of friends. "We were friends who met as acquaintances through the show. She has always been very kind to me. She would always stand up for my interests and encourage me.

Rachel continued, "That's all well and good, but I never felt like we had the kind of deep conversation I would have had with my best friend." Rachel shared her opinion about Ariana's and Sandoval’s previous relationship. She suggested that their romance wasn't real, and their on-screen romance was inaccurate. Rachel also said that despite spending nearly ten years together, she did not think the couple would be able to last - affair aside.

She told Bethenny, "I wouldn't be involved in the affair or secrecy situation if I didn't think there would be a long-term relationship between Tom Ariana." "Those closest to them know that their relationship is not what they portray in the media. Tom told me that they are a brand and an image. ... "They're business partners."

Raquel said that when Bethenny pointed out that Ariana Sandoval and Ariana were still technically living under the same roof she had "given Tom the key to [her] apartment" to allow him to stay there while Raquel was at a mental treatment center. Rachel told Bethenny, "They haven't really been a romantic or intimate couple in a long time." She said that her relationship with Bethenny has "been like this" for some time.

Rachel opened up in the interview about her decision of seeking treatment in a mental facility in Phoenix Arizona. She noted that she had "learned to be compassionate" with herself over time.

When Bethenney inquired if Rachel had forgiven herself, Rachel replied, "Yeah. I do."
