Reese Witherspoon reveals Matthew McConaughey officially stole her heart at her own wedding

They also talked about their first celebrity crushes, and McConaughey's advice to his 13-year old son.

Reese Witherspoon (45), and Matthew McConaughey (52), sat down on Thursday to talk about the moment that McConaughey had captured Witherspoon’s heart.

McConaughey, 63, was interviewed about their close friendship and McConaughey's attendance to Witherspoon’s wedding.

"I want to tell you... The day he stole mine, and everybody's, in my personal lives, was when he danced at my wedding with every woman over 65. This is who this person really is," she revealed.

Reese laughed, adding, "I mean my mother might have died." She may have died!"

McConaughey said, "We broke a sweat at the dance floor," and McConaughey confirmed it, as Witherspoon stated, "You won't regret it."

McConaughey said that Reese was the one who won her heart at her wedding.

Ellen asked Ellen a series of quick questions to find out who their first celebrity crushes had been.

McConaughey admitted that her first crush was Val Kilmer's portrayal Jim Morrison in "The Doors".

He admitted that he had a crush on the young woman sitting to my left from "Man on the Moon" and was shocked by Witherspoon's admission.

He said, "Reese was one of my early, very early crushes, and if it's not obvious, it's unavoidable." It's hard to not have a crush on someone.

McConaughey is yet to have the teenage terrors that his son experienced, but both actors later agreed that there was one thing certain: the moment you sit down with your children to explain "the birds" and "the bees"

Reese laughed and Matthew said, "Yeah but not yet." "I've tried to throw that innuendo out there, but it's been right over his head."

Ellen asked: "What are you going to do to make sure it's time for the talk?" What would you say?

The actor from "Magic Mike", said that he asks people about their sons and then, if they get embarrassed, he knows it's time for them to have a conversation.

Witherspoon said, "Or if you lock the door too long." "Y'all understand what I mean."

"I would love the opportunity to listen to your talk to my son!" Ellen responded that the talk should be shared like bedtime stories.
