Heather Dubrow celebrates her youngest child.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County” star shared on Instagram that her 12-year old child was transgender and now goes under the name Ace.

Heather, 54, wrote a post that featured a photo showing Ace writing in the sand. She praised her son, and also expressed Terry's love for him.

"It's International sons day! "We love you, Ace, our youngest son," she wrote in the caption. "Our job as parents, is to provide a safe environment for our children so that they can grow up happy, healthy, independent, and confident."

"Since Ace, a 12-year-old child, has a long and fulfilling life ahead of him – we will let him tell his story one day if he chooses," she said. "All we can do is say Ace, we love and are proud to call you our son.

Heather shared 19-year old twins Max and Kat with Terry. She also said that "your brother and sister love and support each other too."

Heather's support was expressed by fans and celebrities, including past and present "Housewives" stars.

Andy Cohen, host of "Watch What Happens Live" and producer for "Housewives", wrote "."

Gina Kirschenheiter, star of "Real Housewives of Orange County", also said, "Love you all! You are #momgoals and will continue to be! ."

Alexis Bellino and Meghan King, "RHOC" alumni, also participated.

"We love you Ace!!!!!!! Bellino wrote, "We love you Ace!" King replied, "Yay Ace!" Let's celebrate our authentic selves and live out loud!

Terry, 64, wrote in the comments section to express gratitude for those who supported him.

"Thank you all, for spreading the love," said the botched plastic surgeon.

Heather disclosed last year in an interview with People, that Kat, her daughter, had come out as lesbian two years after Max, her eldest child, came out as bisexual.

She told the outlet that she had four children and that they were different genders and sexualities. They are all at different places in their lives and trying to figure out who and where they belong.

Heather, who returned to "RHOC in 2021," said that her journeys with her children are a major reason she decided to return to the Bravo series.

She shared that she felt that their purpose was to continue those conversations in other families.
