Ken Ryan sent Greta these special Barbies to celebrate her birthday! The caption for the video posted on the official Barbie film Instagram account reads: "Ken Ryan sent these special Barbies and Kens to start Greta's birthday with all the feelings!!"

the star of Ryan Gosling gave Greta Gerwig a birthday surprise that was epic.

In a video that was posted on the Barbie film's Instagram and TikTok account on Friday, Gerwig received a flashmob from the actor, who played Ken the main character in the movie.

In the clip above, Gerwig is seen sitting on a Pilates reformer. She appears to be in the middle or a workout before a male performer -- aka a Ken -- begins dancing to the now-hit song "I'm Just Ken" from the film.

Gerwig was able to watch the incredible performance while smiling and laughing. The song "Dance the Night" by Dua Lipa from the Barbie album was played. Female dancers, aka "Barbies," entered the studio, one at a time, before the Barbies, Kens, and all the other Kens joined in to perform a group routine.

The flash mob concluded with all the dancers striking a pose and shouting "Happy Birthday Greta!"

Gerwig, who was clearly emotional as she applauded dancers in the video clip before it cut to her hugging them.
