What holiday is complete without some chocolate? Sarah Jessica Parker, a popular chocolate maker, has posted a new Instagram message calling for one of its European Christmas treats be brought to the United States. We know a lot about this popular holiday candy.

Who would have thought Sarah Jessica Parker was so passionately about Christmas treats! We can't blame Sarah Jessica Parker. We are already dreaming of pumpkin pie. Parker used social media to promote a new European holiday tradition.

Parker shared a picture on Instagram of a Lindt chocolate Teddy-bear-shaped advent Calendar. The caption of the photo was "@lindt_usa Send Teddy to the US !!!!". I speak for millions. X, SJ."

The Lindt Teddy is a very popular European holiday treat. The hollow, golden-wrapped milk chocolate Teddy bear is as delicious as any of the company's chocolate treats. It's adorable, too.

Lindt's social media advertising of the bears around Christmas season is relentless - and looking at their festive wrapping we completely get it.

It is obvious that many families would enjoy a Teddy as a holiday gift. It looks as though it was created to peek out from a stocking. The United States has chocolate bunnies for easter. Why not have a chocolate bear to celebrate Christmas?

They can be purchased on Amazon at your own risk

This European favourite is not difficult to find, but it can be a little tricky. Amazon currently sells an 8-pack. It won't come cheap and you will be scared by the reviews.

The bears are made from fragile hollow chocolate and are therefore more susceptible to cracking during shipping. Many reviewers complained about receiving melted bears. This could be why the Swiss chocolate company doesn’t usually sell these bears abroad.

If you want to taste these famous holiday treats, your best option is to visit Lindt's chocolate museum in Switzerland. Fans of the bears who spend the holidays in America will have to accept Hershey's Kisses at least for another year.

Let's hope Sarah Jessica Parker puts her star power to work and brings Lindt chocolate teddies back to the United States.
