Mixing fabric and prints is not for the faint-hearted. But Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP), knows that fashion risk taking is something she does not shy away from.

SJP shared a photo on Instagram of herself in a multilayered look, complete with lots of accessories. This mismatched, but still cohesive outfit featured a blue-and-white plaid peacoat, a flowing maxi dress with fall stripes and a Panama-style Panama-style Panama-style hat.

We loved the vintage bag and the hat, but we were drawn to the blue suede boots by Duchessa Gardini. SJP refers to the boots in the caption as "Carrie's version" of blue suede shoes.

"Duchessa Gardini", an apparently fake line of handcrafted Italian footwear, exists in Carrie Bradshaw’s fictional world. She explained to Vogue that it would be "too strange" for her real-life shoe collection to appear in the world of the show. SJP actually designed several of the fake labels.

SJP's eccentric look will likely be featured in the second season and Just Like That ...,, which was renewed earlier this month. The show's Instagram account caused quite a stir when they posted a recent photo of Carrie in her wedding dress.

SJP boots are a favorite of ours. These boots would be great for fall weather if you love bold colors and a pop of color, even if you don't plan on walking around Manhattan like Carrie. We'll continue to wait for and Just Like That ...''s second season.
