Vanderpump Rules' star says, "My eyelashes were hurting from crying so much that day. My contacts were dried, I was swollen, and I felt weak on every level."

Vanderpump rulesstars, including ex-friends Scheana Sayand Tom Sandovalwere forced to "spiritual meditate" together during the cast trip last week to Lake Tahoe.

Shay opened up to Amazon Live about her experience with Sandoval. The pair's relationship has been strained since he had a liaison with castmate Rachel Leviss.

She revealed, "I'm paired up with Sandoval for this sort of spiritual healing meditation." "It was uncomfortable."

She revealed that she did not expect to be paired up with Sandoval as she was meant to go golfing with her husband Brock Davies. She did note that it would make "good television."

Shay said that Wednesday was the most emotionally exhausting day she has ever experienced in 11 seasons of Vanderpump Rules. My eyelashes were sore from crying that much, my contacts were dried, I was congested and I felt weak.

The 38-year-old reality star didn't say exactly what happened but she did address the criticisms of her relationship with Sandoval.

Shay said, "I didn't like the way he treated Ariana." He and I had a long-lasting friendship, so people always say, 'Oh Scheana, the flip-flopper. Scheana must have loyalty.' Losing a friendship that long was obviously a struggle.

Shay, however, is still on "Team Ariana" despite the reconciliation they may have had during their trip.

Tom and his ex- Ariana madix dated for nine years, before Rachel discovered on Tom's phone sexually explicit texts and videos from their Vanderpump Rules colleague Rachel. Later, it was confirmed that Leviss and the TomTom cofounder (40 years old) had been having an affair for several months.

After her stay in a mental facility, reports Leviss returned to her birthname of Rachel and decided to reclaim the name that was weaponized against her.
