Serena Williams is certain that children will be children!

TikTok was the platform that Olympia, a tennis legend, used to share her hilarious parenting moment in which Olympia's 5-year-old daughter mistakenly thought a tampon was a cat toy.

The short clip shows Olympia grabbing her mother's menstrual hygiene product to find a new toy for Karma, their cat.

"What's that?" Serena asked Olympia, and Olympia answered factually, "a cat-toy for Karma."

Olympia, a 41-year-old retired professional-athlete, confirmed with Olympia that the tampon was "a cat toys for our cat".

The TikTok cut to Serena asking Serena if she had any more cat toys. The child was proud to show off the first tampon that she had spread apart in order to look like a mouse-like object.

Williams stopped Olympia from reaching for another one when she saw her reach for it. She said, "Let's not play any more with those," as her daughter had promised that she would use only one.

Serena held her head high in her hands as she filmed her child's antics. She captioned the video with, "Who am I? It's a Cat Toy!" Don't @ me #OlympiasWorld."

Alexis Ohanian, Serena's husband, welcomed Olympia back to their home in 2017. She previously spoke out about her plans for expanding her family after her retirement from tennis.

The professional athlete, Olympia, shared in an essay that she wrote for Vogue's September 2022 issue that they had been "trying" to have baby no. 2.

Serena explained in an essay why she decided to "move forward from tennis" after the U.S. Open. She also stressed that she didn’t want to become pregnant while she was on the court.

She explained that Alexis and her husband have been trying to have another baby for the past year. "We recently received some information from our doctor that made my mind feel at ease and allowed me to believe that we can expand our family whenever we are ready." I don't want another pregnancy as an athlete. I must be able to see the court from two feet away or two feet in front of it.

"I love being a woman and loved every moment of being pregnant with Olympia. "I was one of those annoying, lovable women who loved being pregnant and was working up until the day that I had to report at the hospital -- even though things got really complicated on the other," she said, referring to her pulmonary embolism following her emergency C-section.

She said, "And almost did the impossible: Many people don't realize I was two months pregnant when the Australian Open was won in 2017. This month I turn 41, so something has to give."
