Steve Martin and Ben Stiller Roast Each Other in Hilarious Pepsi Super Bowl Ad: 'Screw You'

Steve Martin and Ben Stiller Roast Each Other in Hilarious Pepsi Super Bowl Ad: 'Screw You'

Martin was called "Banjo player" by Stiller, who threw at Martin. Martin responded, "Nepo child."

Super Bowl LVII will see the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs go head-tohead -- as will, apparently, actors Steve Martin or Ben Stiller.

Pepsi released two teasers Thursday for its Super Bowl ad featuring comedians for Pepsi Zero Sugar. Martin (77) and Stiller (57), engaged in hilarious roast battles, making fun of each other's skills and personalities.

An introduction was given to the 30-second-long clip. "Hey, Ben Stiller, actor," Stiller said to the camera. Martin replied, "And I'm betteractor Steve Martin."

"What?" Stiller asked Martin, and Martin replied, "Well, you are a comedian actor." It's not acting.

The "Zoolanders" star retorted by telling "The Only Murders in the Building' star that he couldn't act "his way out of a paper bag."

They continued to argue, with Stiller calling Martin "over actor" and the latter describing the former as "under actor."

Martin quickly brought up Pepsi Zero Sugar, it was an ad afterall -- before Martin and Stiller ended the ad with a "screw-you" exchange.

Meanwhile, the roast fest continued with a second teaser. The "Meet the Parents” star and the "Father of the Bride actor were more inventive with their insults.

"As actors in a way we never stop acting," Stiller said in the clip. Martin responded, "For instance, Ben is acting right here, like he doesn't feel intimidated standing next me."

Stiller said, "And Steve's acting as if he's not fortunate to be here."

Martin took aim at the "Tropic thunder" actor's "personality", saying that "Ben is acting like that whole awkward stuff he does, it's a character and no longer his true personality."

Stiller became "awkward" when he couldn't find the right words. Martin was quick to point this out. He said, gesturing towards Stiller, "See what? I mean?"

The "Dodgeball", however, star seemed to be able to find his feet in the showdown again.

Martin responded by saying "Banjo player", and Martin immediately retorted calling Stiller -- the son of comedians Jerry Stiller (HTMO0_) and Anne Meara (HTMO0_) a "nepo child." The term has become a popular topic in recent times.

After a short pause, Stiller seemed ready to offer a truce between Martin and him.

Martin replied, "You know Steve, I don't want this because I'm such a huge fan" to him. Martin said, "Thanks and honestly, I'm a huge admirer of yours."

"Really?" Stiller asked Martin, and Martin laughedly replied, "No, I was acting."

He said that he too was acting and then added, "That's why we started talking about it, how we're always acting." "I was acting all the time."

Take a look at the teasers in these clips! The entire ad will be available during the Super Bowl on Tuesday, February 12.
