The news of Ryan's separation comes just after Ryan was taken into custody for allegedly violating an Order of Protection.

The 35-year old father of Mackenzie was arrested earlier this month for allegedly violating an Order of Protection. He is alleged to have posted revealing photos of Mackenzie on the internet, and then accused her of infidelity.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office shared a press release saying that the reality star broke the order by talking with her father following it's issuance. Before they arrested Mackenzie at his workplace, the Sheriff's office found that he was also a victim of harassment.

When he was detained, he was found to be "in possession of drug paraphernalia" and two bags of suspected drugs.

He was charged with harassment, drug paraphernalia possession, controlled substance possession and order of protection violation.

They met their first time at Chattanooga's gym. Their relationship was documented on the "Teen Mom Series" from 2009 to 2021. They were engaged in 2016 and got married five months later. They welcomed their son Jagger in 2018, and Stella in 2020.
